In these terms and conditions “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eden Parfums Limited of Unit 4 Imperial Park, Stonefield Way, South Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 OJW (Promoter).

  1. To enter go to CR7 Instagram Page @cr7cristianoronaldo. 
  2. Open to residents of United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Eden Parfums Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this Promotion. Entrants must be signed up to Instagram.
  3. The competition is open from 5th February 2024 UK TIME - until 21st February 2024 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. There will be 1 winner will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period from all entries received at the relevant date.
  5. No purchase necessary.
  6. To submit your entry, you must follow @cr7cristianoronaldo Instagram page, share the Instagram post and comment under the post with a GIF. Your entry will only be visible for judging and therefore only a valid entry if your Instagram account profile is set to public ("Entry Requirements").
  7. The prize for the competition is:

  8. Only one entry per person per Instagram address is allowed. Winner can only win one prize.
  9. No bulk, third party, automated or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupt entries or entries that are not in accordance with entry instructions will not be accepted.
  10. We are not liable for any person not being able to enter the Promotion for any reason, including and without limitation system failure, error, the Instagram system being down, hacks on the system or personal computer issues.
  11. Once the Promotion Period has ended, the winners of the Promotion will be selected by the Promotor's marketing company that satisfy all the Entry Requirements.
  12. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the date of the decision by Direct Message to their Instagram account.
  13. In order to claim the prize, a winner will be asked to confirm they live in a qualifying country of residence and provide their qualifying email and postal address.
  14. In the event that a winner of the prize does not live in a qualifying country of residence, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize award from the original winner and award the prize to the next person on the final list.
  15. In the event that a winner of the prize does not provide their email or qualifying postal address within 14 days of such request, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize award from the original winner and award the prize to the next placed photo on the final list.
  16. No responsibility can be taken for entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.
  17. The Promoter’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  18. No cash alternatives will be given in whole or in part. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable and non-refundable, must be taken as offered and will only be awarded to the winner as specified on the entry form.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or a winner before making the prize award.

  21. In such circumstances the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entries to the Advertising Standards Agency on request.
  22. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in [https://cr7fragrances.store/policies/privacy-policy]. See also condition 20 and 21, with regard to the announcement of winners.
  23. By taking part in the Promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us if circumstances make this unavoidable).
  24. Winners agree that the Promoter, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees, and any other sponsors, advertisers and promotional agencies shall have no liability (such as liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence or breach of contract), in connection with the acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded.
  25. The Promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
  26. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and each entrant hereby irrecoverably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
