Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions "we", "us" and "our" mean Eden Parfums Limited of Unit 4 Imperial Park, Stonefield Way, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 OJW ("Promoter").

From 24^th August 2020  to 13^th September 2020 inclusive, or until this offer is terminated as referred to below, if earlier,  we are offering customers who purchase any product or products in one order to a total price of £39 or more through our online store at www.cr7fragrances.store ("a qualifying order") for delivery to an address in the United Kingdom free of charge delivery for such product or products,

1. To take advantage of this  offer, customers must place a qualifying order during the offer period. The free delivery will be shown on the order  at checkout.

 

2. Only one qualifying order to which the offer will be applied  is permitted per customer.

 

3. This offer does not apply to any orders placed for delivery to an address outside of the United Kingdom.
4. Any duplicate orders will be rejected. No orders from organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. We reserve the right to reject any orders and refuse the free delivery  if we believe that a customer has not complied with these Terms and Conditions and reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.

4. Refunds for all goods purchased under this offer will be based on the price paid for the items that are purchased. Your statutory rights are not affected.
5. This offer is not open to employees of Eden Parfums Limited and their families, agents or any other third party or person professionally connected with the promotion.
6. Responsibility cannot be accepted for orders delayed due to technical problems. We accept no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered during an order being placed . Customers are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by their service provider. If they do not pay the bill, they should seek permission from the person who does.
7. We reserve the right to not accept an order in the case of unavailability of any of the items that have been ordered for any reason.
8. There is no cash alternative offered to this offer.
9. This offer cannot be transferred, refunded, exchanged or amended.
10. We will not be liable for failure or delay in delivery or performance of our obligations under these terms and conditions in the event of any unforeseen cause beyond our control.

CLOSING DATES & TIMES

11. The free delivery offer is  valid on  qualifying orders placed up until 23:59 on 13^th September 2020.  

GENERAL

12. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
