INSTAGRAM STORY CONTEST
Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions “we”, “us” and “our” mean Eden Parfums Limited of Unit 4 Imperial Park, Stonefield Way, South Ruislip, Middlesex, HA4 OJW (Promoter).

By participating in the contest, you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Open to residents of [United Kingdom, France, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden]  (an "Eligible Country") aged 18 or over, or under the age of 18 provided the consent of a parent or guardian has been obtained, excluding employees of Eden Parfums Limited and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally associated with this contest. Entrants will require access to the internet and have a valid Instagram account to enter the contest.
2. The contest is open from 18:00 GMT on 21.03.22 until 18:00 GMT on 25.03.22 (“Promotion Period”).
3. There will be seven winners selected at the end of the Promotion Period, who will be selected from all Entries received during the Promotion Period.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. To submit your entry, you must complete the following steps when you see the Contest announced on the Instagram story and/or Instagram stickers posted by the @CR7CristianoRonaldo Instagram page during the Promotion Period (the "Contest Story") and you must enter by sharing a video or picture of your homeland on your Instagram story which tags the @CR7CristianoRonaldo Instagram page, includes the hashtag #CR7ORIGINS, and which uses the specific Instagram sticker created for the contest as indicated in the Contest Story ("Entry") ("Entry Requirements"). Your Entry on your story will only be visible for judging and therefore only a valid entry if it meets all Entry Requirements and your Instagram account profile is set to public.
6. By submitting an Entry you agree that the Promoter may publish your Entry on the @CR7CristianoRonaldo page and on the web page for the contest located at www.cr7fragrances.store.The Promoter will moderate all entries and will not accept or publish entries that it considers are unsuitable.

7. One person is allowed to submit multiple Entries. The winners can only win one prize.

1. No bulk, third party, automated or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupt entries or entries that are not in accordance with Entry Requirements and/or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any orders and withhold any prize if it believes that an Entry has not complied with these Terms and Conditions and it reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.

10. No entries will be accepted after the end of the Promotion Period. Any entries submitted after the end of the Promotion Period will be not be a valid Entry and will be automatically disqualified.
11. The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Contest.
12. The Promoter is not liable for any person not being able to enter the Contest for any reason, including and without limitation system failure, error, the Instagram system being down, hacks on the system, personal computer issues or internet connection issues.
13. Once the Promotion Period has ended, the winners of the Promotion will be selected by an independent company who will check the creativity of the entries on the Instagram stories tag @cr7cristianoronaldo and the hashtag #CR7ORIGINS which are available to view from 21 until 25 March of 2022 and which satisfy all the Entry Requirements, these will be reviewed by the Promoter under the supervision of and confirmed by the independent company, to confirm the best 7 photos for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th place. The prize for the winners selected from Entries submitted during the Promotion Period is a bottle of Cristiano Ronaldo Origins Eau de Toilette 100ml, but the prize is subject to change in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of the same or higher value in the event that the original prize offered is not available.
15. No cash alternatives will be given in whole or in part. The prizes are subject to availability, non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, must be taken as offered and will only be awarded to the winners as specified on the Entry.

1. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the date of the decision by Direct Message to their Instagram account.

17. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. The Promoter will ask the winners for their name, email address and delivery address ("Details") for the sole purpose of creating a customer account and the arrangement of delivery of the prize (see also the Promoter's Privacy Policy, link below). Once the Details have been provided in the manner stipulated herein, the Promoter will provide further details regarding the prize.
19. All entrants (including the winners) must comply with any reasonable directions given to them by the Promoter in connection with the Contest. Failure to comply with such directions may result in an invalidated Entry and/or withdrawal of a prize.
20. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the identity of any entrant or a winner before making the prize award.
21. In order to claim the prize, a winner will be asked to confirm that they live in an Eligible Country and provide their qualifying postal address.
22. In the event that a winner of the prize does not live in an Eligible Country, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize award from that winner and choose an alternative winner from the remaining valid Entries received during the Promotion Period.
23. In the event that a winner does not provide their Details or qualifying postal address within 14 days of such request, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner and choose an alternative winner from the remaining valid Entries received during the Promotion Period.
24. No responsibility can be taken for Entries which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of Entry is not proof of receipt.
25. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
26. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Contest or these Terms & Conditions if it has reasonable grounds for doing so, at any time, without notice. Any changes to Contest or these Terms & Conditions will be announced by the Promoter through the Promoter's Website.
27. By entering the Contest you accept these Terms & Conditions as in force at the time you submit your Entry.
28. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter reserves the right to publish the winners' names on the Promoter's Website.
29. By entering the Contest , if you are a winner you agree to your Entry being published in accordance with condition 29 above and to take part in and co-operate fully with all reasonable publicity accompanying or resulting from this Contest without further recompense.
30. You can obtain details of the winners’ name and countries by sending a stamp addressed envelope to Eden Parfums Limited, Unit 4 Imperial Park, Stonefield Way, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 OJW or emailing contact@edenparfums.com during the period of 3 months following the closing date, stating “Instagram Contest Promotion March 2022”.
31. If you object to any or all of your surname, country and winning Entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter: Eden Parfums Limited, Unit 4 Imperial Park, Stonefield Way, South Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 OJW. In such circumstances the Promoter must still provide the information and winning Entry to the Advertising Standards Agency on request.
32. The use of any personal data by the Promoter shall be in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy which can be found on the Promoter’s website at https://cr7fragrances.store/policies/privacy-policy. See also conditions 29 and 30 above with regard to the announcement of winners.
33. Any person who provides their Details to the Promoter in connection with this Contest accepts these Terms and Conditions and the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of administration of the Contest (including publishing or providing the names of the winners and any administration relation to the prize) and any other purpose for which they have consented.
34. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility to you if you are unable to access or unable to enter the Contest promotion and/or the Promoter's Website for any reason, including, without limitation, due to system failure, lack of internet connection, mobile network service or issues with a device or web browser or other software, or for any losses or delays in transmission of messages arising out of the use of any internet access service provider or mobile network service provider or caused by any browser or other software or system failure.
35. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, internet, network or server failure of any kind.
36. To the extent permitted by law, all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute or common law are expressly excluded from these Terms and Conditions.
37. The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence or the negligence of its employees, agents or subcontractors, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for failing to use its reasonable care and skill in providing the Contest promotion and prizes.
38. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or an Entry is ineligible or otherwise invalid, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Contest.
39. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions (or part of any provision) is found by any court or other competent authority to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions shall remain in force.
40. If any invalid, unenforceable or illegal provision would be valid, enforceable and legal if some part of it were deleted, the provision shall apply with whatever modification is necessary to give effect to the commercial intention of the Promoter.
41. No failure or delay by a party to exercise any right or remedy provided under these Terms and Conditions or by law or any abandonment of any such right or remedy shall constitute a waiver of that or any other right or remedy, nor shall it preclude or restrict the further exercise of that or any other right or remedy.
42. The Contest, these Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim which may arise out of or in connection with the Contest or these Terms and Conditions.
43. The Contest is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
